Weekly, every other week, and monthly are all common. Busy households with kids or pets usually find every week or every other week keeps the house where they want it; a smaller home might only need monthly. We can talk it through at the walk-through.
Do I need to be home?
No — not for the walk-through and not for the cleaning. Many clients give us a key or an entry code and are out during both. We work around whatever is most comfortable for you.
Is it OK if my dog or cat is home?
Yes. Just tell us about them when you book, and anything we should know — a room to keep closed, or whether they are nervous around visitors.
How is it priced?
We come to the house for a free walk-through and give you the price on the spot, or by phone or text if you were out. It depends on the size of the home and how often we come. There is no obligation to book, and the price we give is the price you pay.
