With a free walk-through. We come to the home and walk through the rooms — with you, or on our own if you cannot be there — and give you the price on the spot, or by phone or text if you were out — based on what we actually see rather than a guess, so it is the price you pay. It depends on size, the type of clean and how often you would like us. No obligation to book afterwards, and no surprise fees if you do. Inside the oven is not part of a deep or move-out clean, but you can add it to either for $45.

Within 1 business day of your request. If it is easier, call or text 475-295-4689 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request, usually within 3 business days. It can name your building or management company as the certificate holder, if they ask vendors for one.

Yes. For recurring service, we assign the same team to your home or office so they get to know your space and preferences.

No — not for the walk-through and not for the cleaning. Many clients provide a key or entry code and are out during both. We'll work around whatever is most comfortable for you.
